SCHOOL NEWS
Our students have been preparing for the birth of our Savior in several
ways throughout Advent. Each week, we have had a prayer service
around our Advent wreath and Nativity scene. We have gradually
"built" the Nativity scene by adding something such as a shepherd,
angels, Mary and Joseph each day until it is complete. Our service
projects have included adopting families, collecting baby items for the
Pregnancy Resource Center, cleaning the church, preparing the garden for
winter, and restocking the St. Vincent DePaul food pantry. I think we
are truly ready to celebrate Christ's birth!
Christmas vacation began on Dec 22nd and school resumes on Jan 4th.
